Kenneth Bacchus

Managing General Partner - Kenneth Bacchus is an urban planner by profession, his experience spans over thirty-five years in a broad range of redevelopment planning and management of economic development projects and executive management. Prior to founding Urban Initiatives Group, Bacchus was President-CEO of a local non-profit finance and development organization where his expertise in managing complex projects was necessary. Bacchus’ most recent role and responsibility include overall operational management and responsibility for a non-profit Pre-K through twelfth grade where his experience in management created significant operational savings in building management and transportation.
